Get Excited about our Reading Counts Program! You will be able to prepare this summer by reading two books, one assigned and one choice. Reading Counts quizzes will be taken in the Media Center starting this September.
Be able to show-off your writing skills in September, when you write your very own Tall Tale!
We will enjoy four in class novels, as well as, short stories. We will build on your creative writing skills. Interesting topics will be shared in LAL and SS as we take a comprehensive look at Native Americans, Explorers, The English Colonies, and The Revolutionary War.
You will have the opportunity to have hands-on learning experiences with short-term and long-term projects. This includes art projects, written pieces, and drama activities.
Parents, please stay involved! Information will be sent home via our Agenda Books and Test/Project Take Home folders.
